I have no concrete plans here, there are hundreds of papers about GI
rendering, we'll evaluate which methods are best when we get to
implementing some form of bidirectional lighting.

Rendering with baked lighting is not a good workflow in my opinion,
there's some cases like dirt maps that are useful but they can easily
be done with Blender Internal. For game engines it's also nice but
that's not really our target audience. It's low priority for me and
that's unlikely to change.
