[Bf-cycles] Overlay OpenGL Elements in "Rendered" Mode

I agree it's useful, just haven't gotten around to implementing
something like this. Right now it's just drawing all 2D things on top,
which is easy, with 3D stuff like the manipulator or wireframes it's
more complicated.
