[Bf-cycles] reporting cycles bugs

Just use the Blender 2.6 bug tracker [1], also accessible from within Blender 
via Help->Report a Bug. As long as a feature is in official Blender or in 
trunk, bugs should be reportet there, except for the game engine, which has 
its own tracker.

Please make sure the issue isn't reported yet, and describe exactly what 
doesn't work and how to reproduce the error. If possible, include a minimal 
blend file example that shows the bug. Also please mention OS, graphics card 
and Blender version from the splash screen.
