[Bf-cycles] Cycles rendering, Blender Taskbar icon flashing - Windows 7 - tiny video attached

Hi,

*Cycles rendering, Blender Taskbar icon flashing - Windows 7:*

While rendering a scene, Full Screen, if the back button is clicked /(to 
check something in Blender's interface)/, Blenders program icon in the 
Windows 7 Taskbar changes from a constant progressing green icon, to a 
constantly flashing icon, see attached tiny video.  Pressing F11 to 
return to the rendering screen does not stop the icon flashing.

This is not really a problem for short render times, but if producing a 
20+ hour render, while using the computer, the flashing icon becomes 
quite distracting.

Tried various things to stop it flashing, also the icon can not be 
unpinned from the Taskbar while Blender is running.
