[Bf-cycles] OIIO 1.0 windows libraries

Hi,
I updated our Windows x86 and x64 libs to the latest OpenImageIO 1.0.
OIIO 1.0 now has inbuilt support for OCIO, but I built the libs without 
that. When we support OCIO in trunk I can rebuild them and also add OCIO 
libs if needed.

Tested on Windows7.

If anyone encounters an issue, please report it here.
