[Bf-cycles] Network rendering with tiles

That's actually in own TODO list, however was working on a bit different
things which seemed more priority for now.

IMO, making packing images working should be implemented together with
movie files support, which will requite quite enough changes in blender
side to make it possible to use exactly the same timecode/seek code.

Brecht, do you think i need to give it more priority?
