[Bf-cycles] Network rendering with tiles

There's no planned date or release for this at the moment, I'd like to
look into somewhere in the first half of 2013. This is not a simple
feature that can be added on the side, needs focused time to get it
working production ready. It's a matter of priorities, if enough
people speak up it get higher priority over other features.

Someone else than me could also work on it of course, in their free
time or perhaps funded by people who want this feature. I just
committed some local changes that bring network render code a bit more
up to date, it's still nowhere near working for practical scenarios,
but if someone else wants to work on it this might help.
