[Bf-cycles] Volumetric patch update

Stupid bug fixed, was not check camera frame other then near z clip, now
much less noise, especially in fog scenes. I think we got new king in
town (MCMC), that converging time not very faster, but immediate image
smoothness much better then old method. It require lot of fixes to be
usable for other then selected testing, but it definitely work, and look
promising.
