[Bf-cycles] Switch to CUDA Toolkit 4.2 (Test 2)

Hi thanks for the first tests. :)

Well we have to keep in mind that Blender 2.63 and current Trunk differ 
a lot in terms of Cycles code (the new BVH code can be responsible for 
errors too).
I think I will compile trunk with 4.0 toolkit and 4.2 toolkit to do a 
better comparison and upload.
