[Bf-cycles] fisheye mode

Hi Brecht,

In the 'use_panorama' commit you mentioned the idea of having Panorama as a
unique camera mode for Cycles.
Are there other plans in that area? After 2.63 is out I would like to get
my hands in support for fisheye.

The options I can think of: (1) FOV angle (2) mode [hemispherical/angular
fisheye]
Any objections, ideas, ... ?
