[Bf-cycles] 'Orthographic view' Cycles render bug/issue

Hi,

This looks like the issue "When using Instancing or Dynamic BVH,
self-intersection may occur due to precision issues". Workarounds may
be to use Static BVH, apply transformation on the object, or scale the
entire scene up/down, but it's not sure this solves it.
