Okay, I agree that dithering the preview is probably not really
necessary. I wanted to see how fast error diffusion would be,
and you are right, my implementation takes about 200ms for
a HD frame, which is a bit slow for interactive preview.
The quality of the dithering is a bit nicer though, so maybe
this could be useful to have in trunk.
