[Bf-cycles] Procedural Noise clarity

 In the name of clarity i think it would be nice to get rid of the
name "Clouds" for procedurals and instead use "Noise", with all the
noise types inside like "Perlin" and the old "Noise" texture can be
just a type of noise in the list, ie: "Random"

what do you think Brecht?
