[Bf-cycles] old volumetric patch rebased

Proper fix for congruential rng generator, I hope it last to make
wingows build not crash at start. My bad, forgot about kernel.cu and
kernel.cl.

As a side note, little step to OpenCL, with recent AMD 2.6 APP SDK
patched blender work on my GPU. Clay render, no any shader & volume of
course, but at least it work! Not that big deal, but on linux side it
always tricky because of OpenCL closed source.
