[Bf-cycles] CUDA render speed with upcoming toolkit 4.1

They switched to a new LLVM based compiler backend, probably that's
the cause. Maybe it's a matter of tweaking flags, or maybe it needs
deeper changes or a bugfix on their end, needs to be investigated...
