[Bf-cycles] [Bf-Cycles]Compile error, Cycles branch r42335

Hi all,

There are several compiling errors in Cycles branch r42335,
My enviroment is Win7(x86), vc2008(SP1), and here is my step:
- update code from https://svn.blender.org/svnroot/bf-blender/branches/cycles to E:\dev\blender\svn\trunk\cycles_r42335
- update code from https://svn.blender.org/svnroot/bf-blender/trunk/lib/windows to E:\dev\blender\svn\trunk\lib\windows
- use Cmake2.8.4 to generate vc solution, here are settings:
Where is the source code: E:/dev/blender/svn/trunk/cycles_r42335
Where to build the binaries: E:/dev/blender/svn/trunk/cycles_r42335_build
Most of the cmake parameters are default, and my changes are:
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=D:/ProgramFiles/CMake/2.8
GLUT_INCLUDE_DIR=C:/ProgramData/NVIDIA Corporation/NVIDIA GPU Computing SDK
 3.2/C/common/inc
GLUT_glut_LIBRARY=C:/ProgramData/NVIDIA Corporation/NVIDIA GPU Computing SDK 3.2/C/common/lib/glut32.lib
set WITH_CYCLES_TEST enabled
-launch E:\dev\blender\svn\trunk\cycles_r42335_build\Blender.sln, and build INSTALL project. It complains 
2>e:\dev\blender\svn\trunk\cycles_r42335\intern\cycles\blender\blender_sync.h(22) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'MEM_guardedalloc.h': No such file or directory
4>e:\dev\blender\svn\trunk\cycles_r42335\intern\cycles\app\cycles_xml.cpp(343) : error C2065: 'BlendTextureNode' : undeclared identifier
The more build log information is recorded in r42335_build_log.txt, which is attached also. Hope it is useful.
