[Bf-cycles] Renderer selection gone

The bug is not that I get Onion's startup, but that If this startup is
opened in cycles it removes the renderer selector.
If I load the factory settings in cycles, I get the renderer selector back
and if then I open the onion startup via File/Open, the Renderer selector
remains.
So, File/Open - Render selector is there.
Open on Startup - Render selector is not there.
