[Bf-compositor] [enh] sliders steps

Hey David,
I already use Ctrl and Shift...
but to give you an example the step size of a mix node using shift is 0.01
that still is a significant increment..
However getting more into the problem I must admit that is not only a
matter of step size but also the physical space needed to make the
increment moving the mouse that is in a range of few millimeters for
sliders like Mix node, blur and so on..
Perhaps there's a way to change this behavior via a setting in the
preferences panel?
