[Bf-committers] Blender 3.6 enters Bcon4 - Prepare release

Hi everyone,

the blender-v3.6-release branch is now in Bcon4 and frozen to prepare
for the release. Only critical and carefully reviewed bug fixes are
allowed now.

Please keep an eye on the bugtracker for any unexpected high priority
regression and add showstoppers to the 3.6 milestone. [1]

Thanks everyone for your work on this release, let's get the final major release of the 3.x series out safe and sound!
