[Bf-committers] Assets repository is checked out automatically

Hello,

We are working on bundling assets with Blender (T103620). To help with
that, I'm about to commit D17090 which changes "make update" so that it
also checks out the "assets" library if it does not already exist. If it
does exist, the repo is updated. Precompiled libraries have the same
behavior.
