Hi Ryan,

I'm not sure what you mean by pseudo-meetings. Monday just happens to be
the day we set as a deadline to post the weekly notes from the different
modules and projects. You can check the edit history of the posts and see
how it is written by multiple developers asynchronously.

developers to bring up issues.

The best outreach place are actually the modules. And the modules are
encouraged to have meetings with the people involved in them. Some modules
are more active than others. But either way you should always be able to
reach out to the modules if there is something you want to help with.
