[Bf-committers] Module teams at the core of Blender

Hi,

I wrote an article emphasizing the importance of module teams for 
Blender's open source project, and how the Blender organization 
(Foundation, Institute) relates to that.

My aim is to empower and support module teams much better and inspire 
them to grow and add new members, including (technical) artists.
