[Bf-committers] New devops engineer

Hi everyone,

Last month we were very happy to welcome James Monteath, he started to 
work for us in Amsterdam as Devops Engineer. He will be taking over the 
development infrastructure work from Sergey and Brecht in the coming 
period (for example phabricator and the test/build systems).

Once he's a bit settled, James will share info and proposals for what he 
will do to help developers - especially on automation of tasks but also 
other improvements on developer.blender.org or for docs.
