[Bf-committers] Canned responses in developer.blender.org

[Dalai Felinto]

Hi all,
As of today we support canned responses in the bug tracker. You can see it
in action here [1].

It doesn't send messages right-away, so triagers are still welcome and
expected to tweak the message a bit on a case-by-case basis.

All the current messages come from the "Triaging Playbook" [2].
