[Bf-committers] Code Quality Day - 4/Jul + Clang-Tidy

Hi,
This Friday we have July's code quality day [1].

Something new this time. Sergey prepared a task specifically for clang-tidy
warnings [2]

As before there is an entry in the tracker with all the other proposed
tasks [3]. And everyone is welcome to help.

For feedback on what to do, code review, and everything else we should use
