[Bf-committers] Mantaflow landing and unit tests.

Hi,

There seems to be deeper issues than setting up new fluid scene for the
regression test, and its solution was dragging for too long.
So I have disabled the test which was failing.

Next week when Sebastian is back to the office we will see if we can
support fluid velocity for 2.82.
