[Bf-committers] Blender 2.82 bcon5, and final release preparations

Hi everyone,
We are already officially in bcon5 for a few hours, and things are going
well (no showstopper on sight).

Absolutely nothing should be committed to the 2.82 branch before getting an
approval from me, Nathan of Brecht.

Thursday morning I will do the final tagging, and we will start the
deployment process. Once the builds are in place and the release notes are
finished (at some point in the afternoon), we release it.
