[Bf-committers] New Animation module user owners

Hello all,

The Animation module team is expanding, adding Luciano 'Looch' Muñoz as
user owner. He is, obviously, a Blender-using animator, and well known
in the Blender community and active in the bug tracker, Blender Chat,
and Devtalk. He joins Hjalti Hjálmarsson (Blender Studio) and Jason
Schleifer (Amazon) in the Animation module user team.
