[Bf-committers] Permission to use Blender 2.8

Hello,
I am Tomas Havrda, trainer-specialist of electrotechnics in automation on
ŠKODA ACADEMY of Škoda Auto a.s.

My job and hobby besides of electrotechnics is programming, game developing
and 3D modeling. I would like to use Blender 2.8 for educational purpose.
Besides of CAD systems I would like to show to our students other
possibilities.
Currently i am using Blender for myself but I want to install Blender on
our schools computers. I am aware of free licence of Blender. Unfortunately
my emloyer still require a Statutory Declaration from you with your
signature where you specify on how many computers can we use Blender and
for how long term. Even if Blender's licence is described on you websites
my employer still require this Statutory Declaration.

Right now I would like to have 16+1 PC (16 students + myself) from these
days to hole next year 2020 if it is possible.

I love 3D designing same as I love teaching and I hope there is somebody
among Blender developers who can help me to get Blender to my classes.
