[Bf-committers] Libraries update: OpenSubdiv 3.4 RC2

Hi,

This is a request for platform maintainers to update OpenSubdiv library to
3.4 RC2. All the needed changes are done to versions.cmake.

The update is needed to bring fixes for non-manifold and non-regular
meshes, which allows us to solve several reports in the tracker.

Unfortunately, the final release is not yet available, but there no much
changes is expected and we'd better do such rather intrusive changes as
early as possible.
