[Bf-committers] 3d connexion support

Hi Campbell

I actually thought there was something broken, until David told me that blender doesn't behave like CAD modeling software and 3D Connexion
training tools, where the SpaceMouse controls the object, but instead manipulates the camera view.
Because i use CAD at work everyday i am very used to the objekt centric Navigation and not the camera centric Navigation.
So at first it was a bit confusing to find that out. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Hi Samuel

I've tested a spacemouse-pro recently on Linux and Windows.
It works as I'd expect (nothing was broken or buggy).
It seems some users want it to work differently though, or there could be bugs I'm not hitting.

It would help if there was a detailed description of what you expect and how the current navigation could be changed to support this.
If these are more opinionated changes, these could be preferences.
