What operating system and what driver?
I had a Space Mouse working with the open source ndof under Linux.
Can't test at the moment since stuff is packed up for moving.

For us developers it's pretty much impossible to get hardware supported without having the actual hardware. If someone can sponsor a willing and able developer a Spacemouse, then that developer may be able to do it.

Nope, it's far too close to the release date to get new features into 2.80.
