[Bf-committers] Blender with no widgets

There's a string of AttributeError: 'RNA_Types' and:
AttributeError: 'RNA_Types' object has no attribute 'RENDER_PT_render'
search for unknown operator 'WM_OT_context_set_enum',
RNA_string_set: OperatorProperties.data_path not found.
RNA_string_set: OperatorProperties.value not found.
errors in the console.
I've had a report that after a system update the problem has gone away
but I would love to know what caused this.
