[Bf-committers] Outage with SVN commits related to Phabricator update

Hi,

Just a heads up that it would appear that a recent update to Phabricator to
hide certain activity from being displayed on our recent activity section,
also inadvertently broke our SVN account synchronisation.

Reads (anonymous) should be just fine, but expect to not be able to commit
to any SVN until this issue is resolved.
