[Bf-committers] Error after Updates to developer/git/svn/buildbot

AFAIK, this should be 0o750 for Python3. The code seems to be from
gitsosis, which we use from an upstream.

What is more weird is that for me `git pull` works fine. Does this still
happen for you? Which exact repo causes the issue?
