[Bf-committers] Tracker curfew and developer.blender.org changes

Hi Sybren,

After they have been fixed or classified (subtype changed from report to
either known issue or bug) they should be untagged, yes.

Worse case scenario I bulk untag reports later. But they are definitely
temporary.
