Dear list,

I just committed the USD exporter to master
(ec62413f803ee506633f0e52d1e52b0980c0ed0d). To use it, of course people
need the USD library built. This can be done with `make deps`, not yet
with `install_deps.sh`.

Platform maintainers, please build the USD library for your platform and
commit to SVN. I think this only applies to Arto, because LazyDodo
already did this for Windows and I already did this for Linux/CentOS.
