[Bf-committers] BAM superseded by BAT

Hey all,

Blender Asset Manager (BAM) has been used by the Blender Institute (and
others) succesfully for years. However, it is time for it to retire to
make way for the young and shiny Blender Asset Tracer (BAT). BAT has
been used during the production of Agent 327 and Spring, is bundled with
the Blender Cloud add-on, and sees active development.
