[Bf-committers] 2.8 bug reports

Hi developers,

the bug report form on maniphest states that for 2.8 only crashes shall 
be reported and that "bug tracker will be open for more general reports 
later." However I see some "non-crash" reports that are already handled. 
I am using 2.8 for some weeks now and stumble across issues from time to 
time. Is it better to report them now or to put them on a list and wait 
for a signal?
