Hi,

Just a heads up that it seems that the ISP suddenly decided to ignore all
ARP packets on our servers except for 2, which is affecting multiple hosts.
Sintel and Franky appear to be doing ARP fine, but the ISP is asking us to
ARP for our other IP's dozens of times per second, but is completely
ignoring our replies for some reason. Nothing on our end changed, so I can
only assume the problem is upstream.
