[Bf-committers] DevTalk forum open for discussion

Hi, over the past weeks https://devtalk.blender.org has been getting some use,
previously we invited people to test the site.

Now we consider this ready for more general use, we welcome developers
who are interested to ask questions & have discussions which don't
need to go via more official channels such as developer.blender.org or
this mailing list.

For anyone getting started with Blender development, feel free to post
questions here and we'll try point you in the right direction.
