[Bf-committers] GSoC 2018 Proposal Submission

Hello,

I am sorry if this has already been asked here, but I only subscribed to 
this mailing list recently.

I have my GSoC proposal completed and I would like to submit it for 
feedback. I know the student application period only starts on Monday 
(12th), but I would like to know how to submit it in the wiki so I can 
do it as soon as possible.

Besides this, is it valid to already ask feedback before Monday? If yes, 
what is the best way to do it? (irc, mailing list, ...)?
