[Bf-committers] Downloading 4.0

There is such a text on the nightly builds download page, it tells people downloading
builds NOT to file bugs on 2.8, people file anyway, which puts extra load on the people triaging
the tracker. Giving 2.8 more exposure at this point in time will just further increase that load.
