[Bf-committers] Slow disk IO on some coder services

Hey,

Just a heads up that Koro's HDD's are taking a beating from the full
backup. As a result, git, svn, buildbot and phabricator are extremely slow.
As well, I am in the process of restarting the mysql for Phabricator to
help free some resources, so this is entirely offline for a bit. Still,
expect svn and git to be slow for a while yet. Thankfully, this is only a
monthly, so I would rather let it pass and reconfigure things later.
