Dear everyone, I tought: why don't use the same mouse mode as in Mac OS by
default?
This way, the UX could be the same across platforms, and an eventual port
to Android/iOS would be simpler.

Such work just should include a ALT/CTRL/SHIFT/CMD/ShowKeyboard buttons
overlay, in order to use touch, which should be hidden.
Then, scale the interface up (on my GM-900F it's good when scaled to 2).
