Maybe we can add

I do not know if this change breaks anything. At least i am not aware of 
issues for now. If it really breaks something then users can report. 
Also in case of failure the workaround is simple: The user can set the 
export option manually in the export panel instead of relying on Blender 
to decide what is correct and what not.
