[Bf-committers] Code quest: updated data design

Hi all,

Here's an updated data design for Blender 2.8 as agreed in the Code Quest
meetings:

It's intended to explain how the new features like view layers,
collections, workspaces and overrides are intended to fit together on a
high level. Note that not all of this has been implemented at this point.
