[Bf-committers] About changes to python classes registration

Hi, both tests are working again.

Proposal regarding the changes at:

I've added wiki page for Python developers, will announce in separate mail.

Reason not to announce changes so early was there were some remaining
unsettled issues exposed by this change which I wanted to check to be
sure further changes.
