[Bf-committers] File size attached in the bug tracker.

Hi, as an user i was testing bugs and adding info in the bug tracker to try save some time to the devs and i found this 94 Mb attachment in one of the reports ⚓ T52625 CPU render will look different to GPU render and fails randomly. 

The reason for this mail its to ask about attached file sizes, i really though that was a limit (somthing around 50mb) over this X limit a file couldn't be upload. .  i guess i was wrong but the question would be, ¿should be a limit for the file size? at least written in the bug report form, 

""Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend (>>size please under X mb<<) file with minimum amount of steps""

or something like that?
