[Bf-committers] Cryptomatte branch

Hi,

As discussed at BCon, I created and pushed a temp-cryptomatte branch on git.blender.org. Note that it is still a work in progress. It is known to not build on gcc/Linux, I'm looking at that. Some code formatting and clean up is also on my todo list.

Still, it should be usable for many an I hope I can get it ready for master and 2.8 soon.

I hope to get Embree and texture caching branches ready next week.
